Upon receiving Christmas gifts from other local businesses, what is the correct way to say thank you?
I'm a receptionist in a local newspaper, and for the past two weeks people from industry and academia have been carrying on Christmas gifts for our office (from a box of oranges, a plate of holiday cookies, etc) and wonder what we can do to thank them for that. In some cases, universities are within 20 miles (or more) away and I feel personally like her is a good idea to bring gifts and goodies for us. What can you do – I need to do to demonstrate that we are really grateful?
fruit cake =) lol jk …. and yes, a map is a good way to start … perhaps a small little basket full of goodies … Maybe you can cook something for them or get a box of holiday chocolate … those popcorn boxes with holiday graphics on it are beautiful … something as simple as the gift you have given your company or ….. a single card with a thank always the case, it was just maybe some ideas for you to think a little … its only once a year, you can go out with someone to send a box of oranges =) lol your local newspaper … Maybe when / if you decide to return or give them a gift card …. Send a copy of the newspaper today (the same day they are given a card gift) of your business lol hey i wouldnt mind document for free … devote quart =)
