top male gifts for christmas

was this a good or bad gift..?
hi, im a 19 year old male. to make a long story short i have been recently been experimenting with a guy friend. well the other day we talked about being together because we both really like it. he asked me if he could be top more often. i said yes because i like being bottom more, so it works out. after i said yes. he said ” yay i can be the man” as a joke i said ” yay i can be the girl”.. well we exchanged christmas gifts. i have no idea what to think. he got me a few things from the ladies section, like lingerie, underwear, work out cloths shoes. he said take a few days to try stuff on see what i like and when he comes back home we can go for there. i said “why girls cloths? he said because i though thats what you wanted, you said you would be the girl.” what in the world shouuld i do here, im not really opposed to wearing this stuff, but i really dont see the point.
I think he really thought it was what you wanted. Just tell him even though you like guys it doesn’t mean you want to BE a girl. If you’re into it then wear it.
EDIT: I think it was a bad gift. But he really seemed to think you were into that stuff.
